Feel Better, Do Better, Live Better

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been an overthinker and overworrier. Anxiety has been a constant companion since I was a child, and depression has been the occassional friend that pays a visit every now and then. Insecurities have been my best pals, and a fear of engaging with people has been a perenial character trait. For the longest time, I accepted these weights on my mind as parts of my personality. NO MORE.

Over the past few months, I’ve researched and discovered that anxiety and depression are perfectly curable, without having to resort to medication. This blog is about sharing my journey with you to help you live fuller, happier lives.
